So after much thought and clinging to the first idea which came to mind, I got her the perfume she wanted most all her life, though I doubt this is not the best of its form:

One great fact, I managed to coax V to get the same for his mum coz she loves perfume of all kinds.....and The Body Shop sales assistant was sincerely happy with the fact that we both were thoughtful of each others MAK MERTUA!!!!! hahahaha
